1. Generally

You can easily and quickly find the information you are looking for on any topic contained in the EUGO Digital Portal.

There are 3 different ways available for Search:

1. Using the procedure code from the NRAPS, which you can enter directly.

2. Using keywords - free text search that looks in the titles of the procedure.

3. Through the categorization according to NACE (Nomenclature of Economic Activities - the European classification of economic activities).

2. Keyword search.

You can search using keywords that you know from the title of the procedure.

ype the word and after the 5th character, the first results will appear. In the first word, many results may appear, depending on how general it is and how frequently it appears in the titles of the procedures. For example, the word "License." As you continue to type words, the results become more specific and their number is limited.

The following images demonstrate this functionality:

By typing a second word, the results are limited:

3. Search through the service catalog.

You can perform a search through the service catalog using the option of services, aided by the NACE classification, provided you know the NACE category to which the service you wish to provide belongs. This way, you can also view your options thematically.

This search method also provides the option of filtering by clicking on "Method of Service Provision." The results distinguish between services that are provided with establishment in Greece, which requires initiating a business activity with the Tax Office, and those that are provided cross-border, meaning they have their headquarters in the user's country of establishment

Specifically, if you are searching for services that are provided cross-border, you select "Services that require establishment in the Greek territory" (or alternatively, you select only "Services that can be provided cross-border (without establishment)").

The results provided by the system in this case are similar to the following example:

4. Search using the procedure code from the National Registry of Administrative Public Services

You can search for the service you are interested in providing in Greece using the procedure code from the National Registry of Administrative Public Services (if you have it). In this case, you can enter the code into the search field, and the search results will be presented to you directly and specifically.
