In the final section of the EUGO digital portal's homepage, mechanisms for Your Europe feedback are provided.

 

Specifically, users can:

1. Record comments regarding the obstacles they encounter.

2. Search for mechanisms to locate support services.

3. Provide feedback regarding the quality of services.


2. Update regarding the obstacles.



The feedback tool located on the EUGO Portal allows you to provide comments about any obstacles you may have encountered while attempting to use the services offered through the Portal.



What can you do with this tool?
  •  You can indicate if you are facing an issue with public administration in another EU country.
What will happen with your feedback?
  • National public administrations use your feedback to assess the quality of their services. They can take measures to address any identified obstacles if necessary.
  •  The European Commission collectively analyzes the feedback and utilizes it to enhance policy-making.

  •  No.This tool does not resolve your individual issue. If you need assistance with that, please click here to connect with a support service.

Operation Mode

The tool's operation mode is very simple. Just answer the questions in order and describe your issue in your language. The final step is to solve a simple mathematical operation (captcha) and press the Submit button.

After submission, you will see a success message and a map of Europe displaying all reports by country.

The Assistance Services Finder Mechanism helps you locate the most relevant services, at both EU and national levels, that can provide personalized advice. By answering a few basic questions, the tool suggests the most suitable service to offer assistance.



The operation of the Assistance Services Finder mechanism is very simple. Answer the basic questions and click the 'Find' button.
