1. Generally

You can easily and quickly find the information you are looking for on any subject contained in the Single Digital Portal.

There are 3 different ways to Search:

1. Search by "keyword" from the homepage in the "Search" link.

2. Search by keyword from any page in search box.

    3. Search by topic using the menu.

2. Search by "keyword" from the Home Page

Example: I run a business and want to export products

Suppose you run a business and want to export products and are interested in knowing the procedures you need to follow to export products.

Step 1

On the home page you type the subject of the search.

Example: "export products"

Select Search.

Step 2
The topics to which the Search words belong are presented.

Step 3
You can "select language" and some topics translated into the other language and/or additional topics are presented.

Step 4

You choose the topic that you think will provide the information you are looking for.

3. Search by keyword on any page

Example: I want to do volunteering. What do I need to know?

If you want to get involved in volunteering, you need to know some things.

Step 1

You are on the home page. You choose Life and travel. Even if you're not sure which option your question belongs to (Life & Travel or Business), select either one and you'll be taken to the next Step.

Step 2

In the text box you type the word with which you will start your search. For our example, type: "volunteering" and select Search.

Step 3
The topics to which the Search words belong are presented.

Step 4
You can "select language" and some topics translated into the other language and/or additional topics are presented. NOTE: Articles presented in one language are not necessarily the same with the other language selected.

Step 5

You choose the topic that you think will provide the information you are looking for.

4. Search the menu

Look for the information in the menu

If the article you selected did not provide you with the information you were looking for, or new questions were created for you to solve, you can continue your search by selecting topics from the MENU.

Step 1
The MENU you select is available.

Step 2
The MENU shows you (checked) the topic you are in (1) and all related topics in the category (2).

Step 3
Selecting a topic displays its sub-cases. The ^ arrow indicates that the topic is expanded.
