2. All services in one place
In today's reality, all the provided services are offered through distinct pages of various entities. As a result, the overall services are fragmented. While many services are well-executed, they remain unknown to the general public or are difficult to find. The provided services follow different philosophies, appearances, and functionalities (user experience) and do not ensure the uniformity required in the relationship between citizens or businesses and the public administration.
In its full evolution, gov.gr will become the sole digital point of contact for citizens and businesses with the public administration, where all solutions and essential information for citizens and businesses engaging with the government will be centralized.
It will function as the common "front desk" of public electronic services, which will continue to operate under the supervision and responsibility of the respective service providers. Consequently, the implementation of gov.gr aims to facilitate citizens and stakeholders in accessing all government-provided electronic services with uniformity and security.
