If during your navigation on the European Portal you do not find the answers to the topic you are interested in, you can seek help from the support mechanism as follows

1. From the page of any subject contained in the European Portal scroll to the bottom of the page
2. Click the "Ask for help and advice" button
3. In the pop-up box you will see the link "More Help Desks"

Alternatively, you can access the support mechanism via the main menu of the Your Europe portal by selecting "Contact help services".
